Where nature and entertainment come together in perfect harmony. Nestled on over 200 acres of private land, our property is a unique oasis that makes our festival and events unique and unforgettable. Here, you’ll discover a stunning amphitheater, a charming Lakehouse, spacious festival grounds, and ample parking.
Our crown jewel is the magnificent amphitheater, offering seating for up to 10,000 guests. With its world-class acoustics and picturesque surroundings, it’s the ideal venue for concerts that resonate with music enthusiasts. Unlike many venues, our Amphitheater is a covered, indoor stage, that opens up to an expansive outdoor lawn area. Every seat in the house has great views and amazing sound!
Escape to our Lake House, a serene and elegant setting situated on the shores of our private 90-acre lake. This charming venue accommodates up to 300 guests, making it the perfect backdrop for our festivals, and for private events.
Our expansive festival grounds provide ample space for creativity and celebration. They have been used for everything from additional music stages during concerts to food and specialty vendors, creating a vibrant atmosphere for attendees.

Yes, security will be on site. Security will be conducting bag checks at the front entrance, and will be located throughout the property.
Many of our festivals and events are both – the Amphitheater shows on the Main Stage are inside under cover. The lawn seats for the Amphitheater are on an uncovered, open lawn hill. The large rear doors of the venue will be open so the lawn seats can also watch the show.
Many events also incorporate a Festival Stage, which is generally located in our outdoor festival area in the grass outside of the Amphitheater. The Festival Stage is fully outdoors (so bring your sunscreen!)
Our events go on rain or shine. If you prefer to ensure a seat away from the large open doors, you’ll want to pick a seat closer to the stage. (Plus, you get a better view of the stage!)
