You can find all the information about VIP tickets and more on each event’s website.
We strongly discourage purchasing tickets from a 3rd party reseller. Sometimes they sell real tickets, sometimes they’re scams. If you purchase from a reseller the venue will not be able to validate your ticket until you arrive at the show.
All Access or Backstage passes are NOT available for purchase. Please check the event website to see any VIP packages that may include a meet-and-greet. Really want to see the backstage? We’re hiring for crew members HERE.

General

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, most of our events are CASHLESS.

There is NO on-site ATM so please check your specific event to SEE if it is CASHLESS and prepare in advance.
Cell service is spotty for some providers on the grounds of Poconos Park; we recommend all event attendees screenshot their tickets prior to arrival on-site to avoid any loading issues. You may also want to arrange a meet-up spot with your group ahead of time.

No. We are an all ages venue!

We strongly encourage children under the age of 10 to wear hearing protection. We recommend hearing protection that is certified by the American National Standards Institute.

Due to security issues, once you enter the venue and your ticket has been scanned, you may NOT leave the show and re-enter. Re-entry is only permitted in weather-related or medical emergencies.
We do not have a dress code, but we insist that you be fully dressed and wear shoes. Sensible footwear is strongly advised due to our grass parking area and lawn seating. There are shows where items like spiked jewelry and chains will not be allowed.
No, we do not have a coat check.
Yes. Performances and events at Poconos Park may include the use of strobe lighting, haze, lasers and pyrotechnics.
Yes, security will be on site. Security will be conducting bag checks at the front entrance, and will be located throughout the property.
Many of our festivals and events are both – the Amphitheater shows on the Main Stage are inside under cover. The lawn seats for the Amphitheater are on an uncovered, open lawn hill. The large rear doors of the venue will be open so the lawn seats can also watch the show.

Many events also incorporate a Festival Stage, which is generally located in our outdoor festival area in the grass outside of the Amphitheater. The Festival Stage is fully outdoors (so bring your sunscreen!)

Our events go on rain or shine. If you prefer to ensure a seat away from the large open doors, you’ll want to pick a seat closer to the stage. (Plus, you get a better view of the stage!)
Absolutely! You can sign up for pre-sale codes, show updates, and more, on each event’s website or HERE.
You can also follow our social media pages for updates – Facebook, Instagram
We understand that “safe” and “safety” feel different for everyone. If you experience harassment, abuse, sexual assault, or if a perpetrator of harm is interfering with your experience at our venues, please approach a staff member to whom you feel comfortable talking. Please do not stay silent. We are here to help with any conflicts arising from the violation of our policies and this Code of Conduct, and our staff is trained to do just that. Read more about our Code of Conduct HERE.

ADA & Accessibility

We are completely ADA compliant: ADA parking, seating, and ADA access to events and activities.
Poconos Park does not supply loaner or rental wheelchairs.

You can purchase ADA accessible tickets through www.poconospark.com through our Ticketing Partner etix.com or on the website for each event. You will see the ADA section and can choose your seats accordingly.

Accessible seating at Poconos Park is located in sections 202, 203, 206, 207 and ADA Lawn sections.

Yes, we have a paved ADA-only lot near the entrance. This section is monitored and an ADA pass or plate is required. The parking area is about 400 feet from the doors of the Amphitheater.
Absolutely – we do have ADA lawn sections that are specifically designed for ADA accessibility. You may choose to sit in the General Admission lawn, but please note this is a large grass hill and may be difficult to climb, so the ADA lawn may be the best option for those with limited mobility.

Alcohol

Alcoholic beverages can be purchased at most of our events by persons 21 years of age or older with legal identification. Sales terminate at any time at the sole discretion of management. No outside alcohol or any illegal substances may be brought into the venue.

Poconos Park has the right to refuse entry to any guest deemed intoxicated upon arrival. Any intoxicated guest causing a disturbance will be asked to leave the facility and may be subject to arrest.

Smoking

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the grounds of Poconos Park.

Show Information

Typically we don’t receive the show’s set times until the day of the show. We urge patrons to show up around door time of the event to get the most out of their ticket purchase.

Sometimes tickets become available closer to the day of the show. Follow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) for any updates.

Please refer to the website for each event for more information.

Parking

On-site parking in our expansive grass area is free for many of our events. Check each specific events’ details for updated parking info as this may change per event.
Please park as directed by Poconos Park staff members. Cars blocking or impeding traffic, or illegally parked, will be relocated or towed. If your vehicle is relocated, contact a staff member for assistance.
Vehicles parked incorrectly or left overnight (not relocated prior to 10 a.m. the following day) may be ticketed or towed. Any vehicles left overnight must be unoccupied – no overnight camping in vehicles is allowed.

Rideshare services can drop off guests near the main vehicle entrance. There will be a walk from the main vehicle entrance to the event entrance gates. Please plan accordingly.
Uber and Lyft are available in the local area, but ARE NOT guaranteed. Cell phone service in the area, and in Poconos Park, is spotty, and you may not have enough cell service to call a rideshare. We can’t recommend relying on rideshare services.
Some of our events have a shuttle service to our affiliated hotels. Please check the event information to see if the event has a shuttle service.
There are no public transportation services available.

Weather

Most events are Rain or Shine, but in the event of inclement weather, we will update per event with a Rain Date. We will update our social media pages with any pertinent weather information.
If you are instructed to leave the venue for a weather delay or cancellation, in most cases, your vehicle is your safest shelter.
Our amphitheater seats in the 100 and 200 sections are covered, indoor seating. The lawn areas are not covered, so if you love the outdoors, or prefer not to be sitting in an assigned seat, the lawn is a great option!

Permitted/Prohibited Items

Yes, but all bags will be searched upon entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search. Venue reserves the right to deny entry if guests will not agree to bag search. Poconos Park management reserves final decision on items brought into the venue.
We do not allow outside food or drinks. We have a full service concessions area, and most events have multiple vendors offering a variety of food & drinks.
For those with prescription medication, patrons should only bring the amount of medication needed for the show in the original prescription container with the patient’s name and dosage on the label. Staff will verify at entrances and any excess medication should be stored in vehicles.

Sorry. We LOVE pets, but only registered service dogs are allowed. However, they are not encouraged inside the amphitheater.

Emotional support animals, comfort animals and therapy dogs are not service animals as defined by the 2010 ADA Guidelines. Each service animal must remain with its owner and be leashed or tethered unless special circumstances exist, and will be required to rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. If a service animal interferes with other guests, corrective action may include re-arranging seating or removal of the service animal from the amphitheater.

Cameras

We do not allow professional filming or recording on premises unless you have Media Credentials. No detachable lens or professional cameras will be allowed in. This may include other recording devices such as action cameras or drones.
Media credentials can only be requested by contacting the artists management team directly. Poconos Park will not be able to help secure photo passes or facilitate contact with artist management. You must be an accredited member of the media on assignment to be considered. We’ll receive an approved list of photographers from artist management.

Restrooms

Poconos Park has both permanent and temporary restroom facilities. Indoor restrooms with running water are located in the Concessions area of the Amphitheater. Temporary restrooms will be located throughout the grounds.
The Lake House also has indoor restrooms.

First Aid

Should medical attention be needed, there is medical staff in the first aid room in the concessions area. In the event of an emergency, contact uniformed guest service personnel.
